Working With Me
I qualified in Sports Therapy from UCLan in 2013 and have been working in private practise ever since. In particular, I've worked with elite runners and men's rugby ever since graduating, combining deep tissue massage, rehabilitation exercises and strength programming to take performance to the next level.
Whether you are a professional sports person to a pregnant mother, I am confident there will be something I can do to to help you. Despite its name Sports Massage is for both sports persons and non sports persons alike.
The work doesn't end on the table however. Once we have identified your issues, I'll work with you to plan a recovery programme that will help ensure the injury lessens and eventually goes away.
Whatever your lifestyle, over time you will likely build up tension, imbalances, compensations and other issues through training and everyday activity. Before We Get Started
Regardless of whether you have had sports therapy before, in our first session we'll undertake a physical and mobility assessment to drill in to what currently might be causing you issues. You will get a report, and then we will put a plan together as to how to progress.

Sports massage on its own is only half the work. It might be pilates or other strength work is required afterwards.
If we aren't focussing on spot treatment and have a more long term rehab plan, we can monitor your progress.
