What is Physio-led Pilates?

Physiotherapy-led Pilates is a powerful rehabilitation and body conditioning programme combining the extensive understanding of body biomechanics from the Physiotherapy discipline with the popular exercise routine of Pilates.

 

Pilates is a form of exercise that works on balancing and controlling movement. It targets the deep postural muscles of the body and aims to balance these muscles to facilitate better movement. By using controlled movements on good core stability, it improves posture, muscle tone and body awareness.

My Physiotherapy-led Pilates classes are restricted to only 6 participants and take complete consideration for individual needs. I'll guide you through the entire session with extra 1-2-1 attention throughout, ensuring you are working correctly.

I can also offer 1-2-1 sessions if required.
