Working With Me

Anyone can put a tracksuit on and call themselves a 'professional' personal trainer.
​
However, being an effective personal trainer is extremely difficult. You need multi-disciplinary knowledge to get under the skin of your client, a willingness to put in long hours, and the ability to read how to get the most out of people.
​
I've worked with everyone from elite athletes to pregnant mums (and those same mums sometimes are elite athletes!) and every client has something different. That's why to me this isn't a job, it's a life.
Before We Get Started

Regardless of whether you have had personal training before, in our first session we'll undertake a physical and mobility assessment to drill in to what currently might be standing in the way of your goals. You will get a report, and then we will put a plan together as to how to tackle that goal.

There is no set time for us to work together. It could be a 6 week period, or it could take 6 months. It depends on the nature of what you want to achieve, any barriers and your commitment to change.
