Physiotherapy-led pilates is more focussed on an individual problem. A physical class tends to have no more than 6 people at a time and mine are certainly always fully booked!

Online physiotherapy-led pilates combines the benefits of sports therapy with the convenience of 24/7 access. You can spend as much time on an individual exercise as you want, as the only limit is your free time. Move through a routine at your own pace until you are ready to move on.

Not everyone has access to a sports therapist or physiotherapy-led pilates class where they live. This brings better movement to everyone.

Physiotherapy-led pilates can help anyone, regardless of their physical ability or fitness levels. These exercises are here to address imbalances and compensations, developed over time and found in almost everyone. If you are:

...a regular gym goer looking for an active recovery programme,

...someone stuck behind a desk or in a car most of the day,

...a sports professional who regularly goes through the same repetitive movements (such as cycling),

...nursing an injury or suffer from decreased mobility through your joints,

...a newly pregnant or post-natal mum

... then I know physiotherapy-led pilates can help you. I've been running classes for nearly 6 years and trained everyone of all abilities. I've yet to find someone that cannot benefit from these movements.
